How to record meeting with AI?
Setup Instructions
Step 1: Connect Google Calendar or Calendly
Google Calendar: The AI will automatically join all meetings on your calendar.
Calendly: The AI will join all meetings scheduled through your Calendly link.
If you use a team Calendly account, the AI will join all team meetings as well.


Step 2: Assign Meeting Agents
Choose which AI agents should receive meeting summaries.
If you select multiple agents, the AI will automatically decide which one gets each summary.

(Optional) Install the Chrome Extension
You don’t have to install the extension, but it can make the AI more accurate and flexible.
Why use it: Ensures the AI can detect meetings that aren’t in Google Calendar or Calendly.
Lets you pick which AI agent should join right before a meeting starts.

After Setup
Once an AI agent receives a summary, it processes the details (e.g., meeting summaries, action points, recording URLs, key discussion points) and acts based on connected tools and prompts.
💡 Example: Connect Google Sheets and tell the AI to log every meeting — it will automatically add a new row for each meeting with its summary and details.
